  4. Emergency information starts on page 42. - Please note that ISFR does NOT carry any insurance that covers individuals participating in our event. However, in case of any injury, please make sure you notify Hiro and Allyson. We will do our best to help you with the situation.

Itinerary

Sunday, Feb. 8 Welcome Dinner

Many of the participants will stay in Marukin Ryokan. Some people will arrive in the morning, while others may come later. The dinner will be a casual buffet-style one at Marukin Ryokan. It will start at 6:30 in the first-floor dining room.
You may ski during the day, relax, or chat with friends in Marukin.

Monday, Feb. 9 Dinner on your own

We will ski together in groups. The mountains and courses will be announced during the welcome dinner.
To dine outside, you may need to make a reservation. If you stay at Marukin, they may be able to cook for you; please ask the reception in advance.

Tuesday, Feb. 10 Dinner on your own We will ski together in groups. The mountains and courses will be announced during the welcome dinner.

Wednesday, Feb. 11 Day trip to Matsumoto
We hire a bus to go around the Matsumoto area. The tour includes lunch and dinner. The plan will be announced in the updated version of this package later. You have free walking hours, during which you may visit Matsumoto Castle. The dinner will be held at the historic venue, with local Rotarians from the Matsumoto District in attendance.
Thursday, Feb. 12 Charity Dinner

After enjoying skiing, we will have a charity auction dinner at Marukin. Please bring items for the auction. The proceeds from the event will be donated to local disabled skiers at the farewell party.

Friday, Feb. 13 Skiing with Paralympic Skiers During the day we will hold an event to ski together with (former and current) Paralympic skiers.
  Farewell Dinner At night, we will get together for the farewell party at the site, a 10-minute walk from Marukin. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the party starts so you can enjoy the small ski history museum in the facility. We will be joined by the Paralympic skiers and local Rotarians.
Saturday, Feb. 14 Departure Day

Most of the members leave Hakuba on Saturday. Some will stay in Japan to sightsee in Tokyo, Kyoto, and other popular places. Please say goodbye to your friends during the farewell party.
